Technology Support Services has implemented a new technology support ticket system called Tech Excel which allows the end user to submit technology related incidents and track their status until resolved. The Hayes School of Music computer consultant will be using this system to respond to all technology requests. Please follow the instructions below on how to submit a incident.
Instructions for submitting a technology incident for the Hayes School of Music.
1. Go to http://support.appstate.edu/help and login
2. After you login click on the link to submit a new incident.
3. When filling out the form select the incident type for your issue.
4. After you select your incident type fill out the form and select Hayes School of Music as the building. This will redirect the issue to the Hayes School of Music Computer Consultant.
5. When you are finished filling out the form please click submit and an email will be sent to you and the Hayes School of Music Computer Consultant who will contact you shortly after receiving your incident.
