Digital Measures is the on-line faculty report software that we will be using this semester. Faculty should load on their professional activities (teaching, research, and service) prior to May 15, 2009.

Information on how to get your password, what the main page looks like, and how to run a report.

How to request your password:

On the Digital Measures login page there is a link at the bottom right to request your password as seen below.

After clicking the link type in your ASU username and click submit and your password will be emailed to you.

Main Page Layout:

After you login to Digital Measures you will see the main page as displayed on the right. Displayed on the left is a larger image of the main menu which includes Manage Your Activities, Change Your Password, and Logoff.

Above is a detailed view of the menu on the main page. This menu is always displayed as you fill in your activities.

Clicking Manage Your Activites always takes you back to the page displayed on the right.

Click the links under each category to enter data and remember to use the save buttons at the bottom after adding your data.

If you are unclear about where to enter your information you can download the data structure pdf file above. It will display the menu options available under certain categories.


Running a Report

If you want to see what your information will look like in the report you can run your own report at anytime -
Click on the Run Custom Reports link on the left menu.
Select Annual Faculty Report - Senate Approved and click the Select Report button.
Then select the Start and End Date of the report.
There will be a few more options for the type of file to create like word document or pdf etc.
